Hi. I bought tickets online, and I would like to know about the procedure. I'll receive the tickets in my address or I must to pick up it in Fajardo (Ferry Station)?

Hi Flavia,
We just went to Culebra last week on Dec 10th. I had reserved my tix online, and printed out the confirmation # email. Walked right up to the window...there was no line at 7:55a.m on a Wednesday, and got my tickets AND we purchased the tix for the trip back so we wouldn't have to bother with the window in Culebra. Once you have your tix, you go and sit in the rows of chairs and wait til just before 9 when they start boarding. It was so much easier than the horror stories I have read about! We'd definitely do it again!
