Tickets online for ferries

Hi There!
I am trying to buy tickets online for the ferry. Today is aug-21st and i am planning to go on sept 09th to 10th (return). But the site says it can get my tickets in such short notice (???) and that the minimum is 10 day! And then it suggests that i should plan ahead!!!!

Does anyone knows if the site for tickets online is working? Does this message means that there are no places available the this date?

I just attempted to buy tickets in October with no issues. I believe, from what I've read on other posts, that if you are outside the 10 day window and it still says they are unavailable that means the advanved purchase (which is limited to 50) is sold out. It does not mean the ferry is sold out, just that the small amount of advance tickets are sold out.

Does anyone knows how much is the water taxi from fajardo to culebra, both ways??

I can't get any answer over email from them.
