A month ago I purchased two tickets online, within the next two days I received an email from Jim with a copy of my reserved ticket. The day of my trip to Culebra, it was very simple to redeem my ticket. I waited in line for 15 minutes, if you have a reserved ticket you don't have to make that crazy line fior 2 hours. Make sure you tell the officer you have a reserved ticket. There's a different line for PR residents and people with reservations. Im so glad I purchased my ticket online my experience was excellent I had no issues. Don't forget to purchase your return ticket from Culebra to Fajardo .
