Playa Manzanilla

Been going to Culebra for almost 20 years, but have never tried to access Playa Manzanilla. To me that area is just for boats and bonefishermen. But I'm curious, is there a beach there that's accessible from walking? Our place is on the road out to Zoni by the road to mosquito bay, and if we could wander down there it might be a fun hike for the family. Thanks and love Culebra.
