Hi Jon!
When will you be in Culebra? My boyfriend and I will be there from April 11th-18th. If you're there at the same time and interested in renting a water taxi or captain to go to Culebrita, etc. to snorkel, we'd be up for splitting it with you. We're planning on doing it ourselves anyway.
