Vicki - really? even without it marked on their 'schedules' (ha!) I've almost always experienced brief unannounced pickup/dropoff stops on Vieques. I think you just have to ask and pay (assuming they answer the phone of course)
Lea - these are small family-run airlines, the ticket agent is the counter agent is the gate agent and sometimes the co-pilot. look at the published departure times and call then as they are ALWAYS running late or give it 40-50 minutes for them to get back to the desk. island time.
