Camping on Flamenco beach

Hi there,

I camped on Flamenco Beach three years in a row in 2003, 2004 and 2005. In about two weeks I will be coming back to Culebra with my husband and 3 year old daughter, and I was wondering if the furthest camping area is open for camping (I think it was Area E?). On my last visit in 2005 that area was closed.
