Hi! I guess no one is heading out to Culebra next weekend. In that case, what would be the easiest, cheapest and safest way to get there if i'm travelling alone? I"ll be leaving from San Juan. Also, where do you recommend that i should stay for the night? Thanks in advance!

The easiest way is probably flying from Isla Verde. The cheapest is driving to Fajardo and taking the Ferry. I haven't stayed there in a while, so I can't recommend where to stay. hope this helps,
