ESPN in Culebra

All-

I will be in Culebra on Monday evening, September 3 and want/need to watch a football game that will be nationally broadcast (at least in the continental US) on ESPN. Two questions:

1. Is there anywhere on the island I can be assured that will have ESPN on a tv (bar/restaurant/etc)?
2. Does anyone know if the ESPN broadcast in Culebra is the same as the U.S.?
