Hi Everyone,

I am planning a trip to Culebra in early November 2012. Could you tell me if this is a good time to visit? Will a lot of the businesses be closed? If so, are there still a few places to eat? Is there anything that we should be aware of when traveling to Culebra in November? We are really excited and appreciate any input you can offer.
