Does anyone know best way to travel from Culebra to st. croix that is not too costly? It seems to make more sense to go to vieques and then st. croix rather than travel to fajardo and then get to san juan for flight. I don't see a ferry from culebra to vieques so I'm not sure what to do. Traveling on july 14. Thanks.

There is no easy cheap way unless you have a boat or airplane. You can private charter a plane but it will be expensive. My guess $500 each way.

I'm going next Tuesday to St Croix, but with Jetblue, for only $100 round trip. It's the cheapest option you will find.
