Culebra to VI Island hop

I would like to island hop from PR to Culebra, then to St. Thomas. Have found all the info I can stand on getting from Puerto Rico to Culebra, but was wondering if anyone can give me info. on going to St. Thomas from there, instead of back to PR. Is this possible, or is there an immigration problem?? Thanks

I believe that Air St Thomas (800-522-3084) flies a route from St Thomas to Culebra. The web site is: http://www.airstthomas.com/

I just noticed that Isla Nena (www.islanena.8m.com) is also offering a Culebra- St. Thomas round trip for $99.
