Thank you very much for your quick reply.
So if i want to spend some of my vacation on the main island and some on culebra, i will have to rent two cars.
If i arrive in San Juan and rent a car there, i will have to deliver it same place or is it possible pickup the car at one location and return the car in Fajardo???
And to go back from Culebra/Fajardo to San Juan will require another car?? Or maybe take a taxi.
Any good recommodations?
