Two days on Culebra can be quite relaxing if you fly. My suggestion: spend Saturday night near old San Juan and enjoy good food and drink. Then if possible catch the first flight to Culebra on Sunday morning (check Air Flamenco and Vieques Air Link for availability first) and then fly back late on Monday to Isla Grande.
Avoid the taxi rides back and forth to Fajardo as you probably wont get to the island any sooner and the savings on flight costs from Ceiba or taking the ferry will be eaten up by the cab fares. Plus the time in the taxi could be better spent in San Juan.
