Best off-shore snorkeling spots

Hello! I'll be visiting Culebra for the 1st time next weekend and would like to know which are the best spots to go snorkeling reachable from the shore. I have no intent on renting a boat. I am heading out there with my wife and two kids (8 and 11). The kids have developed an interest for snorkeling and I would like for them to experience the beauty of Culebra. Thank you!
