That stinks that you had a bad experience and I certainly understand you feeling the need to put your experience out there. However, I must say that you scared me with your scathing review as we were just a few days away from going there when I saw it. I looked on trip advisor and saw many favorable reviews (and yours, repeated).
We had a great stay at Club Seabourne so I'm glad I didn't act on one angry person's rant. Not one problem during a 5 night stay. We loved it and would totally go back.
