New to PR and Culebra

Bringing the Family to PR and Culebra for the first time ever and not really sure of anything. Was thinking 1 day in Old Town San Juan, 3 in Culebra, and a day in the Rainforest. I wish we had more time...but we don't.

Not sure if we need a place with a kitchen or not. I cook but like to experience the local cuisine. That said, sounds like it's really expensive (for good reason) for a family of four. Would likely opt to cook if thought I could get some fresh fish.

Finally, any must do's for a eco-conciencous group with a 10 and 12 year old? Snorkeling is on the list....would kayak if there are some out of the way places to go (we Kayak alot in the States).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
