We are planning on camping at Playa Flamenco campground from nov.29 til dec 18. Is it necessary to make a reservation? I tried calling the phone numbers listed in this website but can't get a hold of anyone. Also, is it possible to rent bicycles for longer periods? like 2-3 weeks? or is it better to bring our own bikes (we are a family with 2 kids ages 8 and 11). Any other advices for camping and travelling on a budget on Culebra? Thank you!
