where to stay for three weeks in August

Hola, my son(11) and I are going to culebra the first week of august and we are staying for about three weeks. We need a kitchen and a price below 100$ PER NIGHT. Location is not important considering the size of the island. Villa Flamenco looked nice but over our budget.
Anyone who has advice will be helping us greatly.

With that length of stay there should be a proprietor willing to sharpen the pencil. Casa Encenada lists a studio for $115 for 2. We stayed there last week for $155 with 4 in our party. I would stay there again for the close prox to town and harbor.
