My wife and I are considering spending a few days at the end of October on Culebra. I see people mentioning that many businesses are closed, but the veggie guy, Luis, will be around. My wife and I are vegetarians. Will we find much other than Luis's veg to eat?
A friend mentioned the ferry being short on boats due to repairs, will that be a problem? Same friend said the airlines flying to Culebra won't fly if there are not enough passengers -- is that a problem?
Also, we are concerned about the mosquito thing and Dengue Fever. Will the hurricane/tropical storm rains spike mosquito populations and increase the threat of Dengue Fever?
Should we just come some other time?
