What's the weather like now? I've never been to Culebra and I'm camping on Flamenco beach. I keep looking at weather forecasts and it's scaring me. Is it raining there constantly now? Today I read a flood warning. Will I see any sun?
Any info and tips I can get would be greatly appreciated.
