Thinking about going to Culebra in Nov. and wonder about the weather during that month. My main reason for going there will be to walk the beaches. How high is the humidity and the temperature in Nov.? Will it be so hot that the sand will be burning my feet? Much rain during that time? Wish to be there when it's nice to be walking on the beach. Thank you
