My property is not in the hotel's rental pool and can only be rented long term (minimum 6 months) (per our contract with Bahia Marina) thru Culebra Vacation Planners. VP's owner is Mike Macarthy. He is a good friend of my husband and well known in the island.
The property is a one bedroom two baths fully furnished and equipped with a two range stove, refrigerator, TV, radio, water heater and two air conditioning units-the balcony faces the bay and has a breathtaking view of Ensenada Honda; The living room has a full size futon, the bedroom has two full size beds.
