Buying Cargo Ferry Tickets

I am coming to Culebra in mid January. I am arriving in San Juan late on a weeknight. I want to catch a cab to Fajardo and then take the 4:00 AM cargo ferry to Culebra. Does anyone know if I will be able to purchase a ticket to the cargo ferry at that hour either in the box office or on the ferry itself? If I cant get a ticket then does anyone know a way I can get a ticket in advance?? Thanks so much.
