FERRY TO CULEBRA

In two weeks i will be traveling to San Juan and i was wondering what day would be the best and least busiest day to go to Culebra between Friday-Monday?

I also planned on taking the ferry from Fajardo to Culebra and wanted to know how far is Flamenco Beach from the ferry dock? is it walking distance?

And the last thing. if anyone knows of other great things to do and places to eat in Puerto Rico, i would love to know about them.
