Sunny, babe, do all of us a favor and explain exactly what you mean by "a group that worked out of Costa Bonita". You seem to have information that would help the Police! Speak out! Let's get these guys! Can you spell out some names, identify a mug shot, or at least provide some information on who these people are? Do you really care about this? Are you taking this seriously? You seem to be very well informed...however your comments seem to add zero value to the discussion. Did you know that Culebra's #1 problem is drugs? I'm sorry if you thought it was "preserving coral life" or "defending the turtles". Uncontrolled development is not even in the top ten either. If you can't contribute with anything, at least avoid disrupting an intelligent discussion by introducing rumors and gossip.
