except for two beaches, culebra has nothing on vieques.
your roads arent great.
your town? come on.
im not interested in insulting culebra or the people that love it. i love it too.
but dont make stupid statements.

how many excellent restaurants do you have? vieques has many
how many bio bays do you have? vieques has two
how many conservation and historical trust societies do you have? how large is the wildlife preserve on culebra? compared to vieques?
in one breath you will defend those things about culebra you consider"charming" and in the next breath use those same examples of vieques and insult her.
