I really don't know, or care about where the thugs were from. Nor do I profess to know how much truth there is in the OP.
I do care about the police in Culebra doing their jobs, as I do all the municipal departments. After all, if they don't, if huge potholes don't get fixed,and if crime rises, the island starts to become the Big Island or Vieques.
A sense of urgency and professionalism might be needed from town hall, lest the debate over development is eclipsed by these other matters.
Is anybody really listening?
As has been said, "no man is an island," nor is an island ever really an island.
I would hope for a step up n basic municipal services.
