I agree with Mitre. There are too few places in the Carribean that are not over developed, and there are still plenty of us that like the uncrowded, unspoiled places. Wise and appropriate development is OK, but please don't let Culebra turn into the typical tourist trap.

In two days I'll be enjoying the peace and beauty of Culebra. Can't wait!
