Planning my first trip to Culebra

I have bought my tickets from San Diego to San Juan!!!

I am arriving in San Juan on the 5th of April, staying the night, more than likely in Old San Juan.

I am planning to use Air Flamenco for my trip to Culebra on the 6th. I want to stay on the island until the 12th and fly back to Old San Juan.

Any suggestions on where I should stay on Culebra?? I am looking for something less than $100 a night.

Couple Questions-
What are the best places to snorkel there??
It is turtle nesting season in April, what will I get to see and where?
How is the weather during the timeframe that I will be there(6-12 April)?
Any "Must See's" while I am on Culebra??
