Culebra isnt 2 hrs from Vieques
The flight from vieques to culebra is about 10 minutes. and reversed
the flight to vieques from ceiba is about 8 minutes.
the flight to culebra from ceiba is about 12 minutes.
the drive to ceiba/fajardo from sju is 50 to 90(or more) minutes depending on traffic.
the ferry to vieques is about 75 to 90 minutes
the ferry to culebra is about 90 to 110 minutes
there is a service,island excursions, that goes to the bio bay in vieques from fajardo. its like a 4 or 5 hour ordeal. but it lets you do the vieques bio bay without staying there.
however, you should stay there.
theres lots of beaches without lots of people.
there is awesome nature to explore as well.
lots of great restaurants too.
how many days will you be here?
