I am taking my first trip to Culebra in March and I was wondering what the weather is usually like that time of year. I am planning on getting married while I am there also, but we aren't sure really where to start as far as getting the paperwork and someone to marry us! What is the best time of day to have a ceremony on the beach? Any ideas/suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
