Has anyone stayed at Villa Panorama, or Green Villas Seashell 4B or Green Villas Seastar 4A??

I am having a hard time getting in touch with owners of all 3. I have sent emails thru culebra.org but no resp in a week and there is no contact phone nums online.

if you've stay there any info on those places and the locale - looks like its on windward side of bay so less mosquitos and possibility of windsurfing right out front??
