its not about the money, and for the record, it wasn't only $5 cause i wasn't alone. Its about the bad service. This comment was for all the people that are going to culebra, I'm telling this people not use this bus service because its not the first time that Willy Transport steal the passengers. Believe me i know how to have a really good time, and that day i enjoy my trip.
