I grew up in Puerto Rico and I am ashamed to say that I have never been to Culebra. I live in Tallahassee Florida and will visit Puerto Rico in June for work. I plan to stay 2 days at Culebra (it will be the highlight of my trip). My original idea is to camp but can anyone tell me of a cheap place I can stay for 1 night? Also, do they rent bikes?
