No ferry between (used to be, but not for a few years now). Options are ferry back to fa har dough and then from Fajardo to bee ek us or to ask the airlines to accommodate you. With four people, you can probably charter pretty easily depending on the time of the year.

I'm going to change my screen name to GR45ilt75 (and yes - it's necessary, or your post won't post).
