Help on getting married

I have been tryong gor a month now to get info and plan a wedding on this beautiful island. My fiance and I visited and fell in love with Culebra last november. Since then we have gotten engaged. Our plan is to get married next May (2010) but we seem to hit dead ends with help. Could anyone help with people willing to help us get our dream wedding organized on this island ?
