Fish market on Culebra?
Culebra, Puerto Rico

Are there are any fresh fish markets on Culebra or in Fajardo?

We are staying somewhere with a kitchen and grill.

I've already searched the Forum and Tripadvisor and have not found anything.

Disregard previous question. I found out about El Pesquerito on this website.

Clarification: Are there any diving spots where you can catch your own lobsters?

I've found the fish market to be low on non-frozen, the fishers often sell directly to restaurants unless they have a surplus.I'm not sure of the legality of catching your own (protected wildlife preserve and all), although I have heard of them sighted over by Luis Pena.

take work gloves and hit Melones - no one would miss a few sea urchins and they roast nicely on the grill. I wouldn't say no to fresh uni.

Melones is in the no-take zone. I know no one would miss a few sea urchins, but it does go against the spirit of the reason for the no-take zone.

Happy Diving!

I'm an awful person, I've asked in the past about that, but no one ever answered, thanks Debbie.

A few weeks ago there was a person selling very fresh wahoo on Friday morning by the vegetable truck. This was the first time I have ever seen this but it would be nice if it was a trend.
