I am staying in Culebra for 2 days and planning to take ferry to Fajardo on Saturday morning.

Is it possible to rent a car in Fajardo in the morning and return the car in San Juan (preferably close to SJU) around 11PM on the same day?

I am planning to do Rainforest and Bio-luminescent bay (one close to Fajardo) trip on the same day and still be able to check in the hotel in San Juan.

I understand that this might not be the right place to ask the above questions. Please let me know if there is a relevant forum.
