Good afternoon,
The ferries are running fine. It is a VERY rare occasion that they are cancelled.
Basically there is a 30% chance of rain every day, however this covers the entire area of PR. Too, the rain could be, for example, in Fajardo for 10 min., which would constitute the rain for the day. Also, our weather tends to be very localized such that it might rain in town & not at Flamenco.
Normally we don't have full days of nothing but rain. However, if so, at least it's not snow & if you go snorkeling you are wet anyhow :)
