eating fish sustainably?

Hi there,
we would love any input on what kind of fish we can eat on culebra that is sustainably fished or farmed...also we are concerned about ciguatara and how to avoid it...it sounds serious enough to make me wonder about eating fish at all....thanks for the info....gracias, nora

To eat in a way, that enables the ecosystem to maintain ecological processes, functions, biodiversity and productivity into the future.

But I think what you meant was to eat fish, that are caught or raised in a sustainable manner - no?
