Good evening,

I believe that kayaking to Culebrita is not an option. I've heard that it is because of much boat traffic in the area & currents.

Generally, when renting a kayak, you would be going out from the Tamarindo area between Culebra & Luis Pena.

There are many beaches on Culebra as well where you can find a spot to yourselves.
