Fajardo airport closed?

Just read that Fajardo airport is closed and flights to Culebra and Vieques will now be out of Ceiba.
For Ceiba ... from the San Juan area ... take Route 3 East (or Route 66 East to Route 3 east, it's quicker) toward Fajardo. Continue on Route 3 past Fajardo. It more or less turns into Route 53. Take Route 53 (toll) until you see the signs for Roosevelt Roads.

Any of our Culebra folks know about this?
