High Speed Ferry?

Hi,

Can anyone tell me if the high speed ferry is running in Nov.? I'll be coming to Culebra on the 21st and leaving on the 27th.

Would it be best for us to have a taxi take us from San Juan to Fajardo since there are 5 of us going or just take the high speed ferry? Three of the folks coming will be leaving on the 24th. But I'm making a week of it with my son.
