When are the quiet months to travel to Culebra and how is the weather, we don't want to go when it's to crowded. Tks.

Carole,
The best time to come to Culebra is September, October, and November. The beaches are deserted. Of course it is the height of hurricane season but we have had the most beautiful weather during those months the past few years. Many guest houses will discount their rates for those months.

If you were planning a much needed vacation, would you let the hurricane season stop you from planning a mid-Sept. vacation to Culebra? Where is the best place to stay in the mid price range, making the trip a little more affordable?
