Passenger ferry takes 75-90 minutes, depending on the seas.
Cargo ferry takes 120 minutes or so.
All ferries leave from Fajardo.
$4.50 per person r/t.

Flights leave from San Juan International ($130 r/t) , Isla Grande (15 minute cab ride from SJU, $100 r/t) and Fajardo ($70 r/t).

Not aware of water taxis.

All are safe.
