Culebra Beach Villa, what unit(s)?

hello
wondering if anyone has stayed in or can speak to the cleanliness of culebra beach villas unit 8 or unit 15...they're the only ones available for the days my wife and i are going to be on island...
don't care too much for anything save a clean room and no rats (we used to live on the bowery in NYC and had some critters stuck beneath our floorboards, no fun)
