It looked run down when we saw it last year and I'm glad we didn't book because I almost did. However, after reading a few comments from previous guests, it ranged from run down flea bag to someone trying to break in late at night. Better be safe that sorry. Culebra is a very safe place but , I'm glad I didn't stay there. Maybe someone else has better comments from a recent stay. It is located just across the street from the ferry. Comments anyone?? Did you contact Casita Tropical?? Happy travels! J
