First time visiting Culebra

Hi! My wife and I will be in PR between July 2-10 this year. I am from the island but have never been to Culebra. We just want to hit the beach for a couple of days so we're only looking at staying for a couple of nights. Any advice on where to stay? I was planning on renting a car in San Juan...can we take it on a ferry to Culebra with us? If so do I need to buy ferry tickets in advance? Is there parking at Flamenco beach? I HAVE A LOT OF QUESTIONS...LOL!
