I have to restrict it to five?!
OK.
1. Coffee and a book on the deck as an oh-so-perfect morning warms into the 80s.
2. Music, a cocktail and a light breeze, as the sun goes down and evening turns to night.
3. Having a Medalla or two with Felo(sp?) at Hotel Puerto Rico.
4. A mid-day burger and curly fries at El Batey.
5. That indescribable feeling of ease that washes over me as soon as my foot hits the ground when arriving on the island.
There are plenty more, but that's a good start.
